Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KIRA purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us and provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

Exchanges:
Exchange delivery is free of charge.

Returns & Refunds:
For returns, the applicable delivery fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item has been received by KIRA and inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed via InstaPay. The applicable delivery fees will be deducted from the amount originally paid for the returned item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, KIRA will cover the applicable delivery costs.
