وفي حال لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا لأي سبب، يسعدنا مساعدتكم في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية — غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، ومع التغليف والبطاقات المرفقة.

However, if for any reason an item is not suitable, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all packaging and tags attached.

Please note:

  • This service is available for online orders only.

  • All returns or exchanges can be completed through our stores or via delivery service.

  • An invoice or order number must be presented to process a return or exchange.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
