ومع ذلك، إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا لأي سبب، يسعدنا مساعدتكم في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية — غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وبكامل التغليف والبطاقات المرفقة.

جميع عمليات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع تتم فقط من خلال فروعنا

يمكنكم فحص القطعة أثناء انتظار المندوب، ولكن لا يُسمح بتجربتها. وفي حال الرغبة في الإرجاع يمكنكم تسليمها للمندوب مباشرة، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية تمامً

يجب تقديم الفاتورة عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع 

تكلفة التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد 

 

We hope you love everything you order from Kira.

However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Please note:

- Exchanges or refunds can only be processed through our stores.

- You’re welcome to check the item while the courier awaits — however, trying it on is not permitted. If you decide to return it, you may hand it back to the courier directly, as long as it’s in perfect, original condition.

- The receipt must be provided when returning or exchanging an item.

- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
